You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account. Credris will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You retain full ownership of all Organization Data. Credris does not claim any ownership rights over your data.
By uploading Content to the Service, you grant Credris a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your Content or close your Account.
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Credris.
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about the Service may be used by Credris without obligation to you.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
When you use Credris to process Participant data, you act as the Data Controller and Credris acts as the Data Processor. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis for processing Participant personal data.
You may delete your data at any time through the Service. Data is permanently removed from active systems within 30 days. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.
You may export your Organization Data at any time using the export functionality provided within the Service (CSV, PDF).
Certificates generated through the Service are issued under the authority of the Organization, not Credris. Credris provides the technical infrastructure but does not endorse or validate the training content.
By generating certificates with verification codes, you consent to the certificate metadata (participant name, event name, organization name, issue date) being accessible via the public verification system.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information contained in certificates you generate.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Credris reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Support is provided based on your subscription plan.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and feature availability are described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The free tier is provided "as-is" with limited features and usage quotas.
You may terminate your Account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.
Credris may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We recommend exporting your data before initiating Account deletion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDRIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. CREDRIS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credris and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Credris.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
